I believe it is important to understand both design and development to achieve a successful user-facing product. As a UX\UI Designer, I rely on my front-end development skills at the design & prototyping phase, so that technical challenges can be solved early, producing a more cohesive product in the most time efficient manner. I am also a keen advocate of LeanUX. This gives an opportunity for all team-members get involved and provide feedback at an early stage and be a part of the iteration process.
I help companies and teams understand the people and purpose behind the products they are creating. I find my purpose in understanding and representing human needs, from facilitating greater impact through active empathy building and evidence-based decision making.
I am fuelled by my passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural UX\UI Design. Languages have played a big role in my career growth. Conquering linguistic barriers helped me understand cultural nuances for design localisation. I learnt how design translates different messages to different nations. I consider myself a "forever student". As an avid reader, I am always building on my academic foundations in psychology and sociology through literature. Reading helps me understand users and their needs. My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my most recent success at CSOAF.
I am currently working as a Senior UX\UI Designer @CSOAF & @LunLoomo and am always interested in a challenge.
